How come I cannot change my card details, under the heading "Change Card". My premium account runs out 10/04/24.

I do not receive an error message. When asked to submit it just returns to previous info.

Ive removed the details of your payment account. When your premium account expires in 2 days, you should then be able to sign up again.
I'm off on holiday tomorrow and running out of time to fix it properly before I go, so that should help us get around it for now. I'll fix it properly on my return.

I have come to realize that my account is being charged multiple times each month on different cards. While I don't need a refund as I much support this site can you please fix my account so that only one card is being charged. I think when there was a payment processing issue last year this may have been the reason. Thank you.

Not sure how that happened, but you do indeed seem to have two subscriptions active. Ive cancelled one of them.
