I am seeing ads all of a sudden, and my membership type says free ?. I am a premium member.

Hi Everyone, the issue is now resolved.
We identified an issue with being able to cancel premium memberships, which was caused by having two different versions of the payment processing library installed. We removed all of these and replaced them with a single version of the library, choosing to upgrade to the latest version at the same time.
Unfortunatley, while this worked fine in testing, for some reason two days later the site started generating errors stating the wrong version of the API was in use. This caused the site to fail to process payment / renewal notifications.
This issue has now been corrected. We've gone through everyones account and manualy updated everyone who's payment renewed in the last week.
Sorry for the delay in replying, but due to it being Easter I've been away from the office and spending time with the family.
