Want to try another database can i transfer from here to new one?

Your request has been noted - apologies for not responding sooner. The priority at the moment is to try and improve performance of the site for the benefit of all users, something that we have taken great strides towards in the last few weeks.

We don't currently have an easy way of exporting users data, and at the moment we would prefer to prioritise fixing the performance issues over producing exports for users.

You have been a member for quite some time, and I greatly appreciate your contribution both to the forums and as a paid premium member. It would be a shame to see you leave, and I hope once the performance issues are corrected you will consider sticking around.

In the mean time, please allow us a week or two to get the site running properly, then if you still want an export we can look at doing that for you.

I have requested a data file of my sightings too several times by email to webmaster@to enable my own back up and research. I hope for a positive outcome and have stopped logging on your site until I have this capability. Thank you

its now April ok its a bit faster but still no phone app and no way to transfer this is not good enough.
