| Comments | written off 03.04.84 whenthe aircraft was fighting a forest fire using a foam filled bucket, on the third pass with a foam filled bucket, the bucket collided with trees on a smoke obscured mountain slope and the aircraft sustained substantial damage to the nose and fuselage. After bouncing back into the air, a forced landing was attempted, but on touchdown, the aircraft rolled onto its side and the aircraft crashed at Aberdere, Cynon Valley area of Rhondda Cynon, Mid Glamorgan, South Wales.
