Comments	mod to OA-10A; w/o 27.2.1991 a/c was tasked with reconnaissance mission over Kuwait during 'Op Desert Storm.' hit by SAM and was attempting a landing at King Khalid Military City, Saudi Arabia, after losing all its hydraulics, in extreme weather conditions and with only one engine. On landing, the gear collapsed and the a/c cartwheeled wing tip over wing tip, flipped over on to its back, & burst into flames (with 23 TASS/602 TACW);
