to dodgy
the blank beech 1900 is caused by a , being put after the last entry in add multiple all you can do is delete it a mistake i made many times.
Gary
Thank you Gary, Obviously you are correct. I suppose I can make multiple entries for many of them-for example when I first saw them before handover and then upon delivery. Often I do not get to see them on or after their delivery date. I just discovered your super-cool site and have been scrambling to find dates. (Heretofore everything was by year only). I have tons of entries to make. It will take time. Thanks so much! Jonathan/ux166c
Jonathon
re the dates i have loads where i am not sure of the exact date as the site don't accept just the year as a date so i put 01/01 then the year i suppose you could do the same if you know the month & year but not the day you could just put them as the first day of that month that way they will stay in order of seeing them
Gary
Gary, Strictly for your convenience, when I manually enter sightings that are not yet in the db, (especially for GA and warbirds which don't appear to be heavily represented) would you prefer me to enter serial number, aircraft owner ("airline"), etc? Or would you prefer to handle that on your end? I've been using "Private Operator" a lot. I ask because it appears that when I enter a sighting not previously in the db, it doesn't show up until someone on your end adds it. They tend to be added with subtle differences (C172-M vs. C172M for example). I'm not familiar with your conventions. You clearly have access to more data then I do. Your preference, sir? Jonathan
Jonathan
enter them as you do in your log on your PC/Laptop. all i need is type and registration of the aircraft.
in my log i use private owner for none airline aircraft i have seen myself i even change the type to match my log on my laptop.

JoKeenan,
You logged 9V-SLU as a SilkAir, and 9M-LNR Malindo Air, There doesn't seem to be an aircraft registered as these.
You also logged 9M-MRS as an Indonesia AirAsia 777, this reg doesn't seem to exist, I am guessing it was a mistake though as its a Malaysian Reg and Indonesia AirAsia doesn't operate 777s

Hi someone entered A6-AEC as seen at DXB in Feb. This is an Etihad A321 and highly unlikely to be in DXB airport. Maybe it was A6-EAC which is an Emirates aircraft.
To the user that entered 9K-AHB (A310-222, Kuwait Airways):
This aircraft has been scrapped and is long gone...
So this must be an error...
Cheers,
Dennis
